I inspire, support and guide women from all walks of life, who want to make a meaningful and positive change in their lives to fully and happily live the best healthy version of themselves.
About Meyrav
Meyrav is a graduate of IIN- Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY, and has a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and T. Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She has also taken various cooking workshops and classes over the past decade.
In 2008 while living in San Francisco, Meyrav worked in a vegan restaurant called Cafe Gratitude where she learned about superfoods, supplements, healthy substitutes for traditional ingredients and experimented with various creative and nourishing recipes.
Since 2007, Meyrav has trained in various workshops and courses for self-awareness and self-empowerment, mindset development, non-violent communication, and abundance consciousness. She also practiced different meditation modalities, and somatic practices that work on the body-mind-spirit connection, such as Biodansa, Chi-Ne-Tsang and Dao (Tao) studies with Master Mantak Chia and Master Jill Marin.
Over the years Meyrav learned practical tools to help change thinking patterns and activate new mindsets in order to lead a positive and empowering life. She fuses different modalities in an holistic way to create meaningful and lasting changes in her clients' lives.
